Agustin Rangel's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Agustin Rangel, on Tuesday August 23, 2022 at the age, of 71, in Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, Texas. Agustin, was a dearly loved husband, son, brother, father, grandfather, nephew and friend. He will be greatly missed by his beloved family and close friends. Agustin, was born on May 05, 1951 in Mexico. He is preceded in death by his loving parents Rito Rangel Villanueva + and Maria B. Esparza Rangel +. Survivors include his children, Juan Gerardo Rangel, Citla Aracely Rangel, Hugo Cesar Rangel, and Elba Isela Rangel, Jose Fernando Rangel, Laura E. Rangel. Survivors also include his 16 grandchildren, nieces nephews and extended family. Visitation is going to be on Wednesday August 24, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Thursday August 25, 2022 from 8:00 am to 10:15 am going to Sacred Heart Church in Escobares at 11:00 am. Followed Burial at St. John's Cemetery in Rio Grande City at 12:00 pm. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
