Agnes Ahearn Garza, age, 81, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at her residence in Rio Grande City, surrounded by her family. She was born on April 01, 1939 in Rio Grande City. She is preceded in death by her husband, Adalberto Garza, her son, Adalberto Garza Jr., her daughter, Abigail G. Leal, her son-in-Law, Isaac Leal and her granddaughter, Samantha Jo Maria. She is survived by her sons, Ricardo Garza (Rosie) and Eloy Garza. Survivors also include 9 grandchildren, Stephanie A. Leal, Isaac Leal, Jr., Tanya M. Garza, Adalberto Garza, III, Jannette G. Osborne (Spencer), Jennilee A. Garza, Eloy Garza, Jr. (Cassandra), Sabrina G. Salazar (Celestino), Matthew Garza, and 3 great grandchildren, Avery R. Garza, Logan B. Osborne and Sofia A. Salazar. Viewing will be held on Saturday December 26, 2020 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm with a rosary at 2:30 pm. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
