Adela R. Guerrero's Obituary
Adela R. Guerrero, Age, 91, passed away on Friday, April 08, 2022 at her Residence in Rio Grande City. She was born in La Rosita, Starr County, Texas, on April 09, 1931 to Guadalupe and Elidia Barrera Ramirez. She was a great daughter, mother, wife, sister, grand-mother, great-grand-mother, great-great-grand-children and a good friend to all. She will be dearly missed by all. She is preceded in death by her loving parents, Guadalupe and Elida Barrera Ramirez, also by her loving husband, Francisco Guerrero. She is survived by her loving children, Yolanda Guerrero Solis, Anna Maria Guerrero Saenz, Maria Del Carmen Guerrero Solis, and Humberto Guerrero, Alicia Guerrero Longoria. Survivors also include her 13 grand-children, 26 great-grand-children, and 6 great-great-grand-children and nieces & nephews and friends. Visitation will be on Sunday April 10, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Monday April 11, 2022 from 8:00 am to 9:45 am going to Immaculate Church in Rio Grande City at 10:00 am. Follow Burial at St. John's Cemetery in Rio Grande City at 11:15 am. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
