Ruben Garza Garza, age, 81, passed away on Sunday March 07, 2021 in his residence in Rio Grande City, surrounded by his family. He was born on November 19, 1939 in Miguel Aleman, Tamps, Mexico. He is preceded in death by his parents, Apolonio and Flora Pena Garza. He is survived by his wife, Maria Gloria Garza and his children. Survivors also include his 36 grand-children, and 26 great-grand-children. Viewing will be held on Thursday March 11, 2021 from 1 pm to 8 pm with a rosary at 6 pm. Viewing continues on Friday March 12, 2021 from 8 am to 11 am with a chapel service at 10 am follow burial at Saenz Cemetery in La Victoria at 11:30 am. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
