Noe was born on May 27,1933 in Barrio Los Aldamas, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Lorenzo Garcia and Guadalupe Garcia. He preceded in death to his loving parents, Lorenzo Garcia+ and Guadalupe Garcia + also by his loving wife, Irma Garcia. He is survived by his loving children, Noe Garcia Jr., Noemi Garcia, Norberto Garcia, and Mario Garcia, Irma Garcia. Survivors also include 16 Grand-Children and 25 Great-Grand-Children, 1 Great-Great-Grand-Children. We love you Daddy. You will be missed immensely. Forever in our hearts. Visitation service will be held at Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City, TX on Saturday March 12, 2022 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID-19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear mask and observe social distancing.
