With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Jose Luna Jr, on Saturday May 21, 2022 at the age, of 74, in Mission, Texas. Jose, was our dearly loved son, brother, grand-father, nephew, and friend. He will be greatly missed by his beloved family and close friends. Jose, was born on May 14, 1948 in Edinburg, Texas, to Jose Luna and Maria Concepcion Arredondo Luna. He is preceded in death by his loving parents, Jose Luna and Maria Concepcion Arredondo Luna. He is survived by and his loving daughter, Elsa Luna Survivors also include his 02 grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom he loved dearly. Visitation is going to be on Tuesday May 24, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Wednesday May 25, 2022 from 8:00 am to 9:45 am going to Immaculate Church on Rio Grande City at 10:00 am. Follow by Cremation. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
