Heberto Garcia

April 10, 1935 - June 14, 2022

With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Heberto Garcia, on Tuesday June 14, 2022 at the age, of 87, in his residence in Rio Grande City, Texas surrounded by his loving family. Heberto, was our dearly loved husband, father, son, brother, grand-father, great-grand-children, nephew, and friend. He will be greatly missed by his beloved family and close friends. Heberto, was born on April 10,1935 in Los Garcias, Tamps, Mexico to Fidel Garcia and Tomasita Garcia. He is preceded in death by his loving parents, Fidel Garcia and Tomasita Garcia. He is survived by his loving wife, Felipa Garcia and his loving children, Alejandra Garza, Heberto Garcia Jr, and Erboy Garcia. Survivors also include his brother, Armando Garcia, his sister, Evangelina Garza also by his 06 grandchildren, 06 great-grand-children and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom he loved dearly. Visitation is going to be on Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Viewing continues on Friday June 17, 2022 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am with a chapel service at 10:00 am. Follow Burial at Saenz Cemetery in La Victoria at 11:30 am. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in La Joya.
